Each individual may hold one (1) account on the jeetbz platform only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
jeetbz operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and player protection obligations. You may be required to submit copies of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time jeetbz deems necessary:
jeetbz may impose withdrawal holds or account restrictions pending completion of KYC verification. Processing times for document review are typically 24–72 hours. jeetbz will notify you via your registered email address when verification is complete or if additional documents are required.
jeetbz accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by jeetbz.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jeetbz login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords ("OTP") issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

jeetbz shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, your sharing of credentials with a third party, or your use of the Platform on an unsecured or compromised device.
jeetbz accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi commercial bank transfers including but not limited to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at jeetbz's sole discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional period. Deposits below the minimum threshold will be returned to the originating payment method.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jeetbz account balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on the originating bank's processing times. jeetbz is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the user's bank.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts belonging to friends, family members, or business associates, are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned, and the receiving account may be subject to suspension pending investigation.
All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If your payment provider processes the transaction in a different currency, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the exchange rate used by your payment provider at the time of the transaction. jeetbz does not apply any additional currency conversion fees on deposits.
Withdrawals from your jeetbz account balance are subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into your jeetbz account and that is registered in your own name. jeetbz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically completed within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–4 business hours. jeetbz reserves the right to process withdrawals within up to 24 hours in cases where additional security checks are required.
jeetbz may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to deposit history; (c) there is a pending investigation into the account for fraud, bonus abuse, or policy violations; or (d) the payment provider's systems are temporarily unavailable. jeetbz will communicate the reason for any hold to the account holder within 24 hours.
If your account balance includes funds derived from a bonus that carries an outstanding wagering requirement, the portion of your balance subject to that wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the requirement is satisfied. The remaining real-money balance that is not subject to any wagering requirement may be withdrawn freely at any time.
jeetbz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out below.
jeetbz employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using low-risk betting strategies (such as arbitrage or hedging) to exploit wagering requirements; colluding with other players to exploit bonus conditions; or any other conduct that jeetbz determines to be an attempt to exploit a bonus offer in bad faith. jeetbz reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse, without prior notice.

jeetbz's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jeetbz account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jeetbz does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jeetbz will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your use of the jeetbz platform is also governed by the jeetbz Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail how jeetbz collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data, as well as the rights you have in respect of that data.
By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jeetbz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jeetbz will notify registered users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the currently applicable version of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jeetbz holds its international offshore gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and jeetbz, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jeetbz support. jeetbz will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial submission, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by jeetbz's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
